The theme of TiEcon New Delhi this year is "Smart Entrepreneurship in Challenging Times." Smart entrepreneurs look for opportunities in challenging times; including economic downturns. And India is no exception. The software industry in India really took off in the early '90s, a time of severe recession in the developed countries.

TiEcon Delhi expects to have 1000+ delegates; 300+ Networking sessions, and 80+ top venture capitalists.
